Senior Financial Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and orchestrate financial analysis and planning initiatives

• Deliver actionable insights, financial discipline, and business outcomes to divisional leaders

• Identify and prioritize financial strategies effectively

• Develop financial plans that align with the organization’s strategic objectives

• Formulate comprehensive financial strategies based on customer and consumer insights

• Support divisional strategic initiatives and advocate for them within the division

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners

• Lead the annual and long-term financial planning processes and analyses

• Conduct financial and qualitative analyses along with thought leadership

• Propel financial innovation and stewardship in collaboration with internal stakeholders

• Specify financial impacts and success metrics for various initiatives

• Assess emerging business concepts and ensure follow-through on implementation as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (if applicable)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field

• Alternatively, 7+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree

• Experience in the health care sector is a plus

• Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, or ROI analysis is a bonus

• Capability to translate intricate financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership is a bonus
