Senior Finance Specialist – General Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Provide financial services, which includes overseeing payments to IFM suppliers.

• Calculate monthly expenses and revenue accruals while supporting the period closing process.

• Ensure timely and accurate coordination of JLL client billings.

• Review billing templates and associated documents, such as contract terms, T&E reports, reimbursable expense trackers, and open AR analysis.

• Oversee bank balances and examine Open AP and payment schedule lists.

• Assist in reviewing Open PO reports and educate teams on common mistakes.

• Train site teams on process flows and corrective measures to foster a self-help culture.

• Collaborate with site teams and client finance to calculate monthly accruals.

• Aid in APAC variance reporting and work towards simplifying reports and processes.

• Support forecasting and budgeting procedures.

• Review month-end checklists.

• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting.

• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Experience in AP/AR/GL and financial analysis within finance across the APAC region will be advantageous.

• Ability to take full ownership of responsibilities and processes.

• Proficiency in Excel-based reporting is a plus.
