Senior Finance Specialist – General Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Provide financial services, including overseeing payments to IFM suppliers

• Compute monthly expense accruals, revenue accruals, and period closures

• Accurately coordinate JLL client billings for the account team in a timely manner

• Evaluate billing templates and related documentation

• Manage bank balances and assess Open AP and payment schedules

• Assist in reviewing Open PO reports and educate operational teams on common mistakes

• Train site teams on process flows and necessary corrective measures

• Collaborate with site teams and client finance to determine monthly accruals

• Aid in the compilation of APAC variance reporting

• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes

• Review month-end checklists

• Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting

• Proficient in both spoken and written English

• Experience in AP/AR/GL and Financial Analysis within the finance sector across APAC is a plus

• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and processes

• Proficiency in Excel-based reporting is advantageous
