Senior Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee long-term strategic planning, annual budget formulation, and monthly reporting/forecasting activities.

• Create management reporting packages along with variance analysis for the corporate FP&A leadership team.

• Assist senior finance leadership in conducting business reviews that identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Recommend strategies to enhance growth and profitability.

• Facilitate quarter-end and month-end closing processes from an FP&A viewpoint.

• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial results.

• Aggregate submissions from various business units into corporate-level budget and forecasting documents.

• Work alongside business unit finance teams to maintain consistency in reporting definitions and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

• More than 7 years of relevant experience in Finance (FP&A) demonstrating a history of progressive and scalable achievements.

• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle EPM, and Business Objects.

• Strong expertise in financial systems and applications.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Capability to navigate through uncertainties, exhibit initiative, and handle conflicts and challenging discussions effectively.

• Competence in evaluating priorities and managing multiple complex tasks within a time-sensitive environment.
