This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as the primary leader for finance and accounting across various locations.
• Take ownership of financial stewardship, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to corporate standards.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to influence decisions and enhance business performance.
• Lead the management of actuals, forecasts, budgets, and performance evaluations.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and implement necessary actions to meet commitments.
• Drive improvements in cost, cash flow, and productivity across all plants.
• Monitor both operational and financial metrics while collaborating with site leaders on corrective measures.
• Convert plant performance data into actionable insights and compelling business cases.
• Support strategic planning, manage operational trade-offs, and create long-term value.
• Enhance internal controls and compliance, including SOX discipline, audit preparedness, and remediation efforts.
• Lead and influence Site Controllers, Finance Managers, and extended finance teams.
• Assist in prioritizing capital, driving transformation projects, and improving processes.
• Foster best-practice sharing, standardization, and ongoing improvement across sites.
• Establish strong relationships across operations, supply chain, commercial finance, and corporate functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven success in leading across multiple sites or within a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with JDE Edwards and Hyperion (HFM) is preferred.
• An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• An enterprise mindset that balances local site needs with overall business priorities.
• Ability to lead change and navigate through transformation, ambiguity, and evolving business requirements.
• Strong capability to develop talent through coaching, feedback, and talent planning.
• Exceptional communication skills with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A commitment to accountability, ethics, and integrity in financial leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
