Senior Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), payroll, and the closing processes at both month-end and year-end.

• Generate precise monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

• Ensure the timely distribution and reporting of Management Information System (MIS) packs in collaboration with the MIS team, including thorough expense analysis.

• Oversee working capital, cash flow, and liquidity needs.

• Guarantee prompt updates of all Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) schedules.

• Develop and enhance financial controls, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and audit processes.

• Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory obligations.

• Liaise with statutory and internal auditors, as well as consultants and tax advisors.

• Maintain proper documentation and compliance for vendor payments and procurement processes.

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business teams to support decision-making, process implementation, and compliance.

• Lead and guide the finance and accounts team.

• Set performance objectives and promote process enhancements through automation and system upgrades.

⛳️ Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7 years of relevant experience.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and taxation regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
