Senior Finance Consultant, D365 F&O

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide consultation on Dynamics 365 ERP projects, covering implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of existing applications.

• Hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP Financial modules.

• Support clients in the implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.

• Enhance operational metrics, create business cases, and evaluate performance.

• Deliver functional expertise and manage client relationships effectively.

• Oversee the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance modules, which include Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Cost Management, and Credit & Collections.

• Work closely with customers to gather business requirements and perform gap analyses.

• Create Functional Design Documents when extensions are needed.

• Communicate efficiently across all channels and organizational levels.

• Execute practical business solutions utilizing industry best practices as the Finance lead on projects.

• Facilitate modeling and showcase sessions for process areas.

• Mentor or coach junior consultants to contribute to successful project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (AX) Finance or a comparable background in the industry.

• A minimum of 2 full years working on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations.

• Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance (MB-310) or the ability to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.

• Familiarity with industry-specific best practices.

• Strong skills in customer relationship management.

• Proficient understanding of US GAAP.

• Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or a similar combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012 is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SK Global software solutions (Cust/Vend Payment Automation).

• Experience with Management Reporter.

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Associate (MB-310 + MB-300).

• Understanding of IFRS standards.

• CPA or CMA certification.
