This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.
• Manage, maintain, and improve Oracle Cloud EPM applications, focusing mainly on Planning / EPBCS.
• Assist with application configurations, dimensions, metadata, security, business rules, integrations, Smart View reporting, scheduled tasks, and production support.
• Support planning and forecasting cycles, resolve user and system issues, and ensure data integrity across source and target systems.
• Collect and document business requirements while preparing functional and technical documentation.
• Suggest process enhancements and create automation solutions to minimize manual tasks and boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement enhancements, facilitate change management, and advocate for best practices in Oracle Cloud EPM administration and development.
• Transform identified capability needs into effective business solutions for complex challenges through analysis, design, development, unit testing, UAT support, and go-live facilitation.
• Aid with production support and oversee data loads and forms management.
• Offer subject matter expertise for project and production activities, including key strategic programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation projects through data collection, solution design, process documentation, user guides, analysis, problem-solving, and recommendations.
• Assist with requirements testing, including the creation of test plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management, and results evaluation.
• Ensure adherence to necessary standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with team members, clients, partners, and management; assist in design walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
• Mentor and train business functional users and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with EPM products, ideally Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), FCC, or ARCS.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing, building, or implementing technical solutions, or in accounting, finance, or as a business analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Planning / EPBCS, including application administration, forms, dashboards, business rules, data maps, Smart Push, metadata, security, integrations, reporting, and support for planning or forecasting cycles.
• Extensive experience in supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud application development and support, encompassing Planning, PBCS, FCC, ARCS, Ent Report, Tax Reporting, and EDM.
• Participation in at least one Oracle EPM system implementation.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong technical proficiency in a fast-evolving, technology-driven landscape.
• Capability to create applications, design dimensions, configure formulas, and develop intricate business rules.
• Ability to comprehend business requirements, maintain cross-functional relationships, and identify business cases for emerging technologies.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial statements, consolidation, closing, account reconciliation, and corporate finance processes.
• Proficient in SQL and/or OLAP.
• Experience with Groovy scripting for Planning business rules, validations, automation, data movement, and performance enhancement.
• Familiarity with EPM Automate, REST APIs, Data Integration, pipeline or batch processing, ERP or general ledger integrations, Smart View, Microsoft Excel, and technical troubleshooting is highly preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare or health insurance sector is preferred.
• Preferably 7 or more years of experience in Oracle EPM development, administration, or production support.
• Experience supporting large enterprise EPM environments is preferred.
• Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud integrations is preferred.
• Agile or SDLC delivery experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL or data warehousing concepts is preferred.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, affiliate onboarding, or enterprise finance transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are preferred.
• Language other than English: None.
• Travel requirement: 0%–25%.

• Base pay range of $86,400.00–$138,600.00 per year.
