This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Transform high-level financial objectives into functional prototypes, data models, and interactive analytics dashboards independently.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to aggregate and organize data for enhanced reporting.
• Design and maintain visual dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to track KPIs, business performance metrics, and industry trends.
• Utilize AI tools to create SQL queries, establish data pipelines, and resolve technical challenges within a Snowflake data warehouse environment.
• Employ a high level of creativity to address data fragmentation challenges, leveraging AI to expedite normalization and data preparation processes.
• Ensure that standardized definitions of Finance KPIs are accurately reflected in the auditable outputs and final dashboards.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or more than 6 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Computer Science), or equivalent practical experience with a strong aptitude for technology.
• Proficiency in Full Stack Data: Data Ingestion, Data Modeling, BI Reporting Automation, and Analytics.
• Familiarity with data tools and programming languages: SQL, Python, Snowflake, and BI tools such as Tableau.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (including ChatGPT, Claude, Cortex Code) for application development, coding, or data set manipulation.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and serve as a bridge between data and insights for various finance stakeholders.
