Senior Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and tracking of operational metrics.

• Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support organizational decisions.

• Report on financial outcomes and prepare for regular reviews with executives.

• Review historical data, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide improvement recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure precise financial reporting.

• Assess financial performance by comparing actual results against plans and forecasts.

• Develop financial models that project future performance for WelbeHealth or specific markets.

• Identify and implement process enhancements, including the development of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.

• Assist corporate and strategic finance efforts, working alongside market leaders, Vice Presidents, and senior executives.

• Directly contribute to the company’s strategy and growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.

• At least two (2) years of experience in investment banking or a relevant area (in-house finance, consulting, accounting).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with data query and management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects).

• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Experience in creating presentations for senior executives.

• Strong command of Excel formulas and functions.
