Senior Field Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account managers to identify, assess, and cultivate solution opportunities.

• Develop sophisticated technology solution architectures and present proposals to clients.

• Enhance the growth of advanced technology revenue and gross profit by penetrating both new and existing target accounts.

• Partner with Account Managers and Sales Managers to pinpoint IT solution prospects and proactively engage with target accounts.

• Utilize company tools to identify strategic prospects for advanced technology solutions.

• Participate in customer calls to explore and qualify advanced technology opportunities.

• Implement strategic organizational initiatives, solution development, and business growth initiatives.

• Address complex technology challenges and projects using independent judgment.

• Serve as a project team leader by providing guidance, facilitating communication, and validating decision-making processes.

• Utilize technological and business insights to deliver effective customer solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Experience in designing, implementing, and testing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity / Business Resilience solutions.

• Experience in migrating workloads into or among cloud providers.

• Familiarity with measuring application performance and identifying dependencies.

• Extensive experience with sizing, data collection, TCO/ROI, and assessment tools.

• Consulting experience is preferred.

• Technical sales experience is an advantage.
