Senior Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular preventative maintenance service calls on customer systems.

• Efficiently organize your schedule to provide service and meet service obligations.

• Ensure that preventative maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Execute hands-on maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production build fixtures, test fixtures, and various production equipment.

• Install, repair, organize, and maintain specific production equipment.

• Analyze mechanical and operational issues and implement corrective measures to enhance safe production and product quality.

• Document preventative maintenance outcomes, including Work Order, Status, and relevant notes.

• Install and configure sensors, solenoids, and switches according to fixture specifications.

• Provide detailed memos or notes to fellow technicians regarding customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and maintaining industrial equipment.

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis.

• This position does not offer employer work permit sponsorship.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in pneumatic and hydraulic hardware maintenance, tool calibration, and basic electrical concepts and repair.

• Skilled in using hand, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.

• Competent computer skills, capable of executing projects directly from technical documentation.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.

• Comfortable with working on ladders and overhead lifts.

• This position requires more than 50% travel.
