This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Revvity's Diagnostics and Life Sciences portfolio, which includes immunoassay platforms, LC/MS, DNA extractors, plate readers, imaging systems, and liquid handling equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and respond to service requests, prioritizing urgent customer requirements.
• Oversee and monitor technical escalations in collaboration with European technical support and product specialists.
• Deliver on-site technical training and troubleshooting assistance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and European Service teams to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth opportunities.
• Convey field insights to Product Management to foster ongoing improvements.
• Manage spare parts inventory effectively.
• Fulfill service documentation, reports, and expense claims in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Keep technical documentation up to date.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System and safety standards.
• Align work activities with departmental KPIs and performance objectives.
• Represent Revvity's technical expertise across Spain, supporting diagnostic and life science instruments.
• Travel 50% of the time throughout Spain.
• Technical degree: Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS/FP Superior) or a University degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in field service engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Practical experience with analytical and clinical instrumentation in laboratory settings (pharmaceutical, research, clinical, academic).
• Proven history of successful preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced technical equipment.
• Advanced PC proficiency, including knowledge of Windows, networking, and laboratory information systems.
• Strong electronics background, ideally in high-tech service environments.
• Familiarity with applications of analytical and clinical instruments.
• Experience with any instruments from the Revvity portfolio is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in Spanish and possess strong English skills, including the ability to engage in technical discussions, report writing, and collaboration with international teams.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time throughout Spain.
