This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement regional field marketing strategies for North America that align with commercial goals and business objectives.
• Create integrated campaigns that incorporate digital marketing, events, content, ABM, and partner marketing.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to pinpoint target accounts, market opportunities, and campaign focuses.
• Adapt global marketing efforts to meet regional market demands while ensuring brand consistency.
• Enhance marketing initiatives for demand generation, pipeline development, and ROI optimization.
• Provide guidance to regional Sales, Client Partners, and Industry leaders, aiding in the conversion of MQLs to closed-won business.
• Assist in executive engagement programs and strategic client initiatives.
• Contribute to global campaigns, ABM efforts, and best practices in global marketing.
• Oversee campaign execution, target-account alignment, regional messaging, content modification, and lead transfer to Sales.
• Manage BANT-verified lead handover, follow-up assistance, and lead-quality reporting.
• Spearhead account selection, ABM activation, and customized content creation.
• Organize and implement global, regional, partner, industry, roundtable, and C-Suite events.
• Develop and publish client stories, thought leadership articles, and PR materials.
• Facilitate client engagement, local filming, and client advocacy efforts.
• Support local social content, audience management, and regional amplification alongside Sales.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance utilizing CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Track MQLs, SQLs, influenced and generated pipeline, opportunity conversion, event ROI, and campaign interaction.
• Generate regular performance reports and real-time optimization suggestions.
• Manage field and area marketing budgets while coordinating with agencies, event suppliers, venues, and marketing partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of activities within budget and in compliance with procurement processes.
• Must be located on the East Coast and available to work on Eastern Standard Time.
• Preferably possess a bachelor's degree or hold a relevant professional qualification (optional).
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
• Experience in technology consulting, digital services, IT services, SaaS, or professional services is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and executive-level events.
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to facilitate pipeline generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in using campaign performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities across various regions and stakeholders.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Experience within a global matrix organization is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, AI, software engineering, or consulting markets.
• Experience managing external agencies and strategic partnerships.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, instincts, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Capable of alternating between strategic and tactical tasks.
• Collaborative team player able to work across the Endava organization.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Comprehensive understanding of English, with the ability to conduct high-level oral and written business communications.
• Willingness and ability to travel for key marketing events and initiatives.
• Ability to participate in internal and external video meetings.
• Capability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as required.
