This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +9 more locations.
• Take ownership of the field marketing strategy for Autodesk Flow.
• Convert sales and business objectives into events, partner initiatives, and digital demand programs.
• Create and execute personalized customer experiences, workshops, roundtables, and represent the company at industry events.
• Organize webinars and digital initiatives, including formats co-hosted with partners.
• Drive qualified traffic to trial and self-serve entry points.
• Act as the marketing counterpart for channel and referral partners at Autodesk.
• Develop partner toolkits, co-marketing materials, event-in-a-box programs, regional customer stories, and campaign kits.
• Oversee partner co-marketing plans and ensure accountability for sourced pipeline.
• Collaborate with the ABM Manager on programs for named accounts and ensure follow-through.
• Gather program insights to enhance targeting, testing, and return on investment.
• Balance efforts on named accounts with wider open-net demand strategies.
• Build relationships with guilds, associations, practitioner communities, and production influencers.
• Expand a champion and advocacy program that fosters referrals and customer stories.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs from start to finish, including handling budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and report on the impact of programs on engagement, pipeline, opportunity progression, and deal size.
• Utilize program outcomes and seller feedback to determine what to scale, modify, or discontinue.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, primarily in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
• Background in marketing to or working within the film, television, or post-production sectors.
• Proven track record of managing in-person programs from strategy to measurement, particularly small, intimate formats of around 20–50 attendees.
• Direct experience collaborating with B2B sales teams to meet shared pipeline or revenue goals.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo, or similarly capable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to independently build, track, and report on personal programs.
• Openness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and productions.
• Preferred: Experience developing a field marketing or go-to-market program from scratch.
• Preferred: Experience in partner or channel marketing, including co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement.
• Preferred: Experience supporting an account-based marketing strategy.
• Preferred: Familiarity with community, advocacy, guild, or practitioner-influencer programs.
• Preferred: Experience with product-led or trial-led acquisition strategies.
• Preferred: Background in B2B software, SaaS, or a rapidly growing technology environment.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Folloze, Airtable, or similar marketing and project management tools.
