
Senior Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of and implement the integrated field marketing strategy for the West Region over the next 12 months.
• Convert business objectives into persona-driven initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Organize and manage CISO dinners, roadshows, roundtables, golf outings, sporting events, and show activations.
• Oversee event logistics, contracts, vendor management, communications, lead uploads, tracking, follow-up, and reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with account executives, channel account managers, SDRs, executives, partners, sales leadership, marketing operations, global marketing, and product marketing.
• Engage in pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and planning sessions.
• Identify opportunities in whitespace and implement programs that expedite deals and support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Develop co-branded VAR and alliance-partner programs while tracking shared key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize business intelligence, predictive analytics, and marketing automation to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Assess funnel performance, predict demand, and deliver actionable insights along with executive reporting.
• Plan and oversee regional budgets, monitor expenditures, and enhance program results.
• Contribute to the development of personas, messaging, localized content, campaign ideation, and content strategy.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in field marketing within the B2B technology sector.
• Strong preference for candidates with cybersecurity experience.
• Experience working with enterprise accounts and buying committees in the West Region.
• Proven track record in creating and executing integrated field programs that drive pipeline and accelerate deals.
• Experience managing a comprehensive calendar of regional events each quarter.
• In-depth understanding of the buyer's journey, customer lifecycle, and demand generation best practices.
• Proficient in managing regional marketing budgets and reporting on return on investment (ROI).
• Comfortable collaborating with sales teams, SDRs, partners, and marketing operations.
• Familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Goldcast.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of initiative and the ability to work independently with little oversight.
• Must be based in the West Region.
• Willingness to travel both in and out of the region for events, up to 25% of the time.
