This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of the planning, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives throughout Brazil via resellers and distributors.
• Collaborate with Brazil's sales leadership to create a marketing strategy that aligns with regional revenue objectives.
• Implement digital campaigns, manage social media, organize webcasts, events, and public relations efforts.
• Create and execute integrated marketing strategies with partners and distributors, focusing on partner recruitment, enablement, and demand generation.
• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of both partner-led and SonicWall-led field events, including industry conferences and webinars.
• Convert sales pipeline requirements and business priorities into targeted marketing actions that foster revenue growth.
• Work with subject matter experts to adapt content and messaging for the Brazilian market.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on activity performance, marketing return on investment, and contributions to the sales pipeline.
• Manage budget execution in alignment with regional strategies.
• Coordinate public relations and outreach efforts within the local market.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably including channel/partner marketing and familiarity with IT security or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing events, both in-person and virtual.
• Practical experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or similar, Salesforce, and design software.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
• Outstanding written Portuguese at a native level, with proficiency in grammar, spelling, and style; capable of reviewing, correcting, and enhancing translated content to meet publication standards.
• Deep understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural adaptations for Brazilian audiences.
• Proven track record of managing external agencies.
