This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement the global field event strategy for the North American region.
• Assess the needs of North America and take charge of comprehensive event planning and execution to enhance local pipeline, expedite deals, and increase brand visibility.
• Direct the design of events, including choosing venues, negotiating with vendors, incorporating experiential elements, managing run-of-show logistics, and overseeing onsite operations.
• Tailor global templates to create region-specific event agendas.
• Recruit and prepare both internal and external speakers.
• Administer regional sponsorship frameworks, partner packages, and onsite deliverables.
• Collaborate with Regional Field Marketing leads on tailored event strategies, playbooks, messaging, and toolkits.
• Empower field teams to coordinate with Sales, boost attendance, and manage post-event lead follow-up.
• Oversee program budgets, set KPIs, evaluate pipeline contributions, and communicate performance to senior leadership.
• Modify global field event playbooks to ensure compliance with Wiz brand standards at North American touchpoints.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading complex, large-scale B2B field events and enterprise trade shows, ideally in B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• Proven success in independently managing event execution for a designated geographic territory and achieving measurable pipeline growth.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a solid background in managing high-volume event calendars, vendor contracts, and regional budgets.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently, champion regional priorities, and foster cross-functional collaboration among marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America for key regional events and programs (~20–30%).
• Direct experience in designing and executing executive-level engagement programs, such as C-Level roundtables, summits/conferences, and VIP experiences.
• Proficient with enterprise marketing and event technologies, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, Marketo, AirTable, and ReachDesk.
• Experience in developing event attribution models and analyzing regional ROI.
• Proven ability to excel in high-growth, fast-paced environments where speed, adaptability, and operational rigor are essential.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located without the need for visa sponsorship.
