This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify strategic opportunities and serve as the technical lead for intricate engagements.

• Transition clients from overarching strategies to operational, effective Cognite solutions through Fast AI Prototyping utilizing Cognite Atlas AI™ and Cognite Data Fusion®.

• Spearhead the design and execution of industrial agents using the Atlas AI workbench.

• Streamline complex industrial workflows with scalable and technically viable solutions based on the Industrial Knowledge Graph.

• Facilitate use case workshops and briefings.

• Convert functional and non-functional requirements into actionable, high-level use cases.

• Provide client-centric demonstrations and reference architectures showcasing the ROI of Industrial AI.

• Transform field challenges and deployment insights into product requirements and scalable best practices.

• Create scalable architectures that consolidate siloed IT/OT/ET data through Cognite Data Fusion®.

• Develop end-to-end prototypes that incorporate GenAI components, CDF data models, and existing customer systems.

• Act as a liaison between field teams and Cognite’s Product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in forward-deployed engineering or pre-sales engineering roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or industrial software companies.

• A solid engineering background.

• Strong expertise in Python and a comprehensive understanding of the GenAI landscape (including embeddings, RAG, and prompt chaining).

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% as necessary.

• Preferred education or experience in the industrial sector.

• Previous customer-facing or sales experience is advantageous.

• Experience with real-world industrial data variables is desirable.

• Familiarity with Cognite Data Fusion® and Agentic AI is a plus.
