This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Facilitate the safe and effective adoption of PASCAL therapies by collaborating with physicians, cath lab personnel, and healthcare facilities.
• Oversee therapy-related activities, including imaging, integration, troubleshooting, and the use of equipment, software, tools, and clinical products.
• Provide intraoperative case coverage while coordinating individualized training and structured educational sessions in the Cath Lab.
• Instruct and inform physicians, hospital staff, and personnel on technical matters pertaining to investigational products and procedures.
• Offer on-site, real-time assistance during clinical implants and develop contingency plans for complex clinical trial cases.
• Identify components of strategic action plans and advise sales representatives and managers within the designated territory.
• Record procedural case observations for the purpose of learning and updating training materials.
• Work alongside product development teams on device iterations and the creation of new devices.
• Identify and train hospital staff to serve as designated experts on Edwards products.
• Perform additional incidental tasks as required.
• An Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., echocardiography, nursing).
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant medical device and/or clinical experience.
• Experience as a clinical specialist in imaging/echocardiography with TEE or CT experience, or in structural heart devices.
• Preferred certification in RDCS from ARDMS or equivalent qualifications (e.g., Nursing (RN/BSN/MSN), Physician Assistant (PA-C), CV Sonography, Cardiovascular Technician).
• Proficient in imaging analysis software, such as 3Mensio, TomTec, Vitrea, or Circle VI.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Capability to guide and instruct imaging specialists on the operation of imaging equipment.
• Strong skills in diplomacy, influence, and relationship management.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with inter-departmental teams, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.
• Extensive knowledge of cardiovascular science and valvular heart disease processes.
• In-depth understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology as they relate to medical products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiovascular imaging principles, theories, and concepts.
• Familiarity with Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practices.
• Successful completion of the Field Training Program and certification in case management, 3 Mensio management, and 150 cases as a primary FCS.
• Must be a Certified Field Trainer who has effectively mentored employees through the TMTT Field Training Program or serves as an in-house mentor.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and represent the organization on various projects.
• Capability to engage with senior internal and external personnel and coordinate across different organizations.
• Compliance with company policies, pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety regulations, injury prevention measures, and environmental protection requirements.
