This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Assist with MRgFUS neurosurgical clinical programs at Exablate centers.
• Educate, communicate, and mentor clinical staff on the functionalities and operation of the Neuro Exablate system.
• Engage in treatments for clinical brain conditions and showcase proficiency in the technology.
• Analyze and review treatment outcomes.
• Create updates regarding treatment methodologies and quality assurance practices.
• Support techno-clinical and scientific initiatives.
• Aid in defining specifications for new product generations and additional indications.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional regional team alongside INSIGHTEC account, business, and service personnel to enhance the lifecycle of Exablate Centers.
• Travel domestically and internationally for at least 60% of the time.
• Occasionally work on weekends and nights, as well as undertake overnight travel when necessary.
• Adhere to Insightec Quality Policy, applicable Quality Procedures and Standards, and privacy and safety regulations.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor of Science or higher in biomedical science, biomedical imaging, biomedical engineering, or neuroscience.
• Capacity to work independently and professionally in both remote office and hospital environments.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Skill in delivering lectures to large audiences.
• Full proficiency in English, encompassing both spoken and written communication, as well as teaching in English.
• Quick learner and innovative thinker capable of devising optimal techno-clinical solutions for novel challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with scientific clients, clinical staff, and company employees in an international context.
• Dedication to fulfilling customer needs and achieving company/team objectives and deadlines.
• Familiarity with MR imaging, neuroanatomy, neurosurgery, and/or movement disorders.
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Proficiency in two additional European languages is a plus; preferred languages include German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, and French.
• Residing in Germany or the Netherlands is advantageous.
