Senior Clinical Field Specialist, THV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert-level education on transcatheter therapies, including device management, integration, and troubleshooting.

• Provide intraoperative case support and arrange both spontaneous training sessions and structured in-service educational programs.

• Create and consistently enhance training curricula, materials, and tools derived from clinical trial experiences.

• Educate and train physicians, hospital staff, and personnel on investigational products and procedures.

• Offer follow-up assistance during commercial procedures to ensure ongoing education and technical support.

• Guide and train new Field Clinical Specialists.

• Strategize and execute growth initiatives within targeted accounts.

• Upsell in key strategic accounts alongside Business Managers.

• Validate software and hardware updates in the field.

• Acquire knowledge of products, physiology, anatomy, applications, and market terminology.

• Monitor clinical support activities, market developments, and assigned accounts.

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to support cases and promote Edwards products.

• Execute other responsibilities as directed by Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of relevant medical device and/or clinical experience.

• Extensive background in the cath lab environment or as a scrub nurse for procedures or cardiac sonographer.

• Preferred experience in training within a clinical/technical environment (cath lab).

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation and interpersonal relationship capabilities, including negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Comply with all company policies and regulations, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety standards.

• Implement adequate control measures to prevent injuries and safeguard the environment.
