Clinical Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct clinical education programs, workshops, presentations, and product training both virtually and in-person.

• Provide support to Sales teams before, during, and after the sales cycle by offering clinical expertise and customer education.

• Design and execute educational initiatives that foster demand and enhance business growth.

• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including clinicians, nurses, physicians, and key opinion leaders.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to clinical and technical aspects of products.

• Collaborate with customers to identify appropriate solutions for patients, emphasizing improved patient outcomes.

• Aid in the development of clinical protocols, case studies, and educational materials based on evidence.

• Engage in industry congresses, educational events, and professional forums.

• Remain up-to-date on advancements in wound care, compression therapy, orthopedics, and optimal clinical practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A healthcare professional holding a degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field within Health Sciences.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical education, wound care, medical devices, healthcare training, or a similar domain.

• In-depth knowledge of wound care management.

• Experience in compression therapy and orthopedics is highly regarded.

• Proven experience in delivering presentations, educational programs, and clinical training to healthcare audiences.

• A commercial mindset capable of supporting demand generation and working collaboratively with Sales teams.

• Preferred experience interacting with both public and private healthcare institutions.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
