Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist healthcare professionals in the safe and effective utilization of Allergan Aesthetics products through customized, in-clinic facilitation that aligns with the AMI Educational Journey.

• Assess educational requirements and create individualized learning pathways.

• Enable healthcare professionals to enhance their confidence and skills in patient evaluation, treatment planning, anatomy, and recognized injection techniques.

• Provide in-clinic facilitation services, which constitutes about 70% of the role.

• Support around 30 healthcare professionals in accordance with strategic priorities.

• Record activities in Veeva CRM.

• Advocate for AMI Digital World and digital curricula, accounting for approximately 15% of the role.

• Assist in AMI events, workshops, conferences, and mentorship programs, representing roughly 15% of the role.

• Ensure a high-quality, consistent, and compliant educational experience.

• Travel approximately 75% within local, national, and potentially international areas.

• Support events and educational programs through overnight travel and occasional weekend work as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a clinically oriented field such as medicine, nursing, dentistry, physiotherapy, clinical pharmacy, or another relevant patient-facing clinical discipline.

• Experience in a sales, clinical specialist, training, or educational role within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics sector.

• Familiarity with facial aesthetics is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in facilitating, training, or coaching healthcare professionals.

• Background in preparing and conducting workshops, events, or other training solutions.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive.

• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to customize educational support according to varying levels of knowledge, skill, and confidence.

• Dedication to ethical, compliant, and patient-centered practices.

• Proficiency in Dutch.

• Experience in at least two preferred areas: command of English; tracking activity and performance metrics via a CRM system; intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
