Senior Field and Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, planning, and implementation of high-impact trade shows and conferences.

• Design unique, creative, and innovative experiences for trade shows and field activities.

• Collaborate strategically with Sales and BDR teams by integrating field insights and market research into pipeline strategies.

• Expand account-based marketing initiatives into field events and enhance top-of-funnel activity.

• Lead co-marketing efforts with channel partners to produce a qualified pipeline.

• Manage the field event strategy, event calendar, and associated budget.

• Direct comprehensive program briefs, project management, and go-to-market communications.

• Develop execution plans for pre-, during-, and post-event activities to ensure effective follow-up by BDRs and AEs.

• Collaborate with RevOps to evaluate program effectiveness, lead progression, and SAO conversion using dashboards, GTM Buddy widgets, and reporting tools.

• Report directly to the Director of Demand Generation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a field and events marketing role, ideally in a dynamic B2B technology and SaaS setting.

• Proven history of direct responsibility for field-sourced pipeline objectives, cost-per-SAO efficiency, and event return on investment.

• Demonstrated success in co-designing and implementing “to and through” joint demand generation initiatives with channel partners, consultancies, or technology alliances.

• Experience collaborating with external vendors, including event agencies, design firms, event supply chains, and trade show organizers, as well as Revenue teams.

• Established track record of conceptualizing and delivering impactful field marketing events, trade show presences, and conferences.

• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and account-based marketing strategies.

• Proven competence in executing joint partner marketing initiatives with consultancies, technology partners, and channel alliances.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.

• A goal- and data-driven mindset with a focus on program performance and revenue impact.

• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to execute swiftly, manage project briefs, and maintain a proactive approach.

• Excellent communication capabilities and the ability to bridge gaps between Revenue and Marketing teams.
