This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the deployment, operation, and ongoing maintenance of Keeper solutions within U.S. Government settings, encompassing IL5, IL6, and classified networks.
• Design, sustain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes tailored for federal environments.
• Assist in software releases, deployment execution, cutovers, validation, rollback planning, and post-release oversight.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration utilizing infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Uphold secure infrastructure, configuration baselines, patching protocols, and operational safeguards.
• Diagnose deployment, infrastructure, application, and platform challenges in collaboration with Engineering and Security teams.
• Establish and manage logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational telemetry systems.
• Aid in incident response, recovery efforts, postmortems, and corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams to enhance deployment preparedness and release quality.
• Maintain runbooks, deployment documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records.
• Support continuous monitoring, audit readiness, and authorization efforts by generating technical evidence and artifacts.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, security hardening, compliance drift detection, and system configuration validation.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance automation, troubleshooting, documentation, scripting, and operational effectiveness.
• Over 7 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Release Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience deploying and managing systems in IL5, IL6, FedRAMP High, classified, or similarly restricted government environments.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, deployment workflows, and production change management.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud and/or Azure Government.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or comparable scripting languages.
• Solid understanding of secure configuration, patching, logging, access control, and operational hardening practices.
• Experience with observability practices, including logs, metrics, alerting, and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, RMF, DoD Cloud Computing SRG, and related operational controls.
• Experience in environments characterized by strict change control, limited access, and formal release processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities across infrastructure, applications, networking, and deployment pipelines.
• Capability and willingness to effectively utilize AI-assisted tools.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
