Senior FEA Engineer / CAE Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and validate FEA models (structural, crash, durability, NVH based on project requirements)

• Conduct pre- and post-processing for simulation models

• Streamline repetitive tasks using Python scripting

• Present findings and assist design teams with actionable insights

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Structural Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 5–8 years of experience in FEA / CAE

• Proficiency with solvers: LS-DYNA, OptiStruct, Abaqus, MSC Nastran, Ansys

• Familiarity with pre/post tools: Altair HyperWorks, HyperView, BETA CAE (ANSA / META)

• Experience in Python scripting and Linux environments

• Valid Visa and Passport required

• Proficient in intermediate-advanced English (technical understanding and communication within international teams).
