Senior Experience Strategy, UX Designer

📋 Description

• Balance user needs with client business objectives to develop valuable and usable experiences.

• Assist in identifying the data and information necessary to support project objectives.

• Define and facilitate research initiatives, including Voice of Customer (VoC) surveys and interviews, concept validation, market testing, stakeholder discussions, workshops, and optimization programs.

• Organize and lead client workshops to foster consensus, enhance understanding, and secure buy-in.

• Establish user personas, journey maps, and experience flows influenced by research outcomes.

• Convert user insights and experience strategies into design concepts, sketches, wireframes, and annotated high-fidelity prototypes.

• Operate within a design system while identifying functionality gaps and creating new UI components.

• Contribute to the information architecture, navigation models, and future-state sitemaps.

• Collaborate with the data team to shape pre- and post-launch measurement strategies.

• Engage in usability and experience testing, synthesize findings, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Implement current accessibility principles and guidelines.

• Offer visual design feedback and critique.

• Relate QD’s core offerings to client business outcomes during discussions and deliverables.

• Monitor trends, best practices, and emerging digital standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UX designer or professional in an agency setting.

• Thorough knowledge and expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables and activities.

• Proficiency in Figma is essential.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; capable of conveying information clearly and directly to clients.

• Ability to create high-quality deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps, incorporating feedback from project leads.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks or project workstreams while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems.

• Candidates for a full-time role must be based in the US or Canada.
