This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver dedicated assistance to the Chief Financial Officer.
• Act as the main point of coordination for executive support services.
• Collaborate with fellow support staff to ensure seamless support for the CFO and related business operations.
• Manage intricate executive calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Interface with C-level executives, personnel, clients, external candidates, and VIP members.
• Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events while addressing general inquiries.
• Handle expense reimbursements, expense reports, and invoices.
• Organize comprehensive meeting and offsite arrangements, including catering, venue selection, and attendee coordination.
• Prepare, review, and analyze various correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports.
• Develop, edit, and update presentations and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate appointments, events, and meetings, ensuring all necessary documents, notes, materials, and presentations are prepared.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for consideration and presentation to the executive team.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, train tickets, rental cars, and meal reservations.
• Reconcile and approve expense reports and invoices.
• Manage electronic filing systems for organizational documents, records, and reports.
• Represent Teladoc Health with professionalism when interacting with customers, investors, Board members, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Over 10 years of prior Executive Assistant experience supporting SVP+ level executives.
• More than 5 years as a Senior Executive Assistant to a CEO, COO, or CFO-level role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skill in triaging calls, visitors, and meetings on behalf of the executive.
• Ability to compose and distribute communications on behalf of the team with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Significant discretion in handling sensitive materials and information.
• Willingness and capacity to learn new skills.
• Openness to constructive criticism and application of feedback.
• Flexibility, availability, and readiness to provide varying levels of support.
• Ability to assist in coordinating, supervising, and completing special projects.
• Quantitative aptitude is a plus.
• Familiarity with Concur is a plus.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
