This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and prioritize the calendar for the Chief Customer Officer.
• Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel, encompassing customer visits, conferences, and board meetings.
• Organize transportation, meals, and logistical details.
• Manage and reconcile expense reports.
• Handle sensitive organizational, customer, and board information with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the CCO’s direct reports, VPs, and their respective teams.
• Facilitate the operating cadence of the Customer Experience organization, which includes staff meetings, leadership reviews, quarterly business reviews, and all-hands meetings.
• Develop agendas and prepare the CCO for various meetings.
• Document decisions and action items, ensuring follow-through to completion.
• Create briefing documents for meetings with customers and executives.
• Coordinate the preparation of board and executive committee presentations, customer memos, and leadership updates.
• Monitor quarterly priorities and identify any potential risks or delays.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, and Product teams.
• Organize recognition events, offsites, and team gatherings.
• Source and deliver gifts for both employees and customers.
• Assist in customer executive engagement initiatives, including dinners, campus visits, conference hospitality, and follow-up activities.
• Act as a friendly point of contact for the CCO.
• Gradually take on comprehensive project ownership, analysis, and materials for the executive committee, as well as represent the CCO in meetings.
• A minimum of five years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders.
• Preferably experience in a dynamic tech or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Strong skills in calendar management and prioritization.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Capability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and adaptable to change.
• A genuine curiosity about the business and the ability to comprehend operational contexts.
• Comfortable with data and details, including interpreting dashboards and identifying anomalies.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and expense management tools like Brex or Coupa.
• Working knowledge of AI tools, or a strong desire to develop this skill.
