Healthcare Virtual Assistant – Mental Health Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Respond to patient inquiries via calls, texts, and callbacks

• Coordinate appointment scheduling for various therapists

• Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits

• Review and submit claims using SimplePractice

• Assist with daily front-office operations

• Work collaboratively with the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the US healthcare sector

• Experience in a mental health or behavioral health practice is highly preferred

• Proficient in patient scheduling and insurance verification

• Experience with SimplePractice is MANDATORY

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Must be organized, dependable, willing to learn, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using productivity monitoring software

• Open to candidates from LATAM and the Philippines

• Preference will be given to applicants with backgrounds in mental health, behavioral health, psychology, counseling, or psychotherapy practices
