Healthcare Virtual Assistant – Mental Health Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bolivia.

📋 Description

• Respond to patient inquiries via calls, texts, and callbacks

• Coordinate appointments for various therapists

• Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits

• Assess and submit claims using SimplePractice

• Assist with daily front-office functions

• Work collaboratively with the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in US healthcare

• Preferably have experience in mental health or behavioral health practices

• Familiarity with patient scheduling and insurance verification is essential

• Proficiency in SimplePractice is REQUIRED

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Must be organized, reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using productivity monitoring software

• Candidates with backgrounds in mental health, behavioral health, psychology, counseling, or psychotherapy will be given priority
