Senior Estimator – Joinery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire commercial revenue cycle for a rapidly expanding joinery enterprise

• Identify and seek out tender opportunities within the education, healthcare, hospitality, and high-end residential markets

• Perform takeoffs for multi-trade scopes

• Accurately calculate project margins

• Negotiate contracts with tier-1 and tier-2 builders

• Finalize signed agreements valued at $1M AUD and above

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of estimating experience in commercial joinery and shopfitting

• Demonstrated success in independently pricing and securing multi-trade commercial projects averaging over $1M AUD

• Extensive hands-on expertise in pricing and sourcing joinery, as well as metalwork, stone, upholstery, pinboards/whiteboards, and glass

• Proficiency in digital quantity takeoffs, digital overlays, and estimating markups using Bluebeam

• Capability to manage builder relationships, negotiate pricing, navigate RFIs, and obtain signatures
