📋 Description

• Prepare precise and timely estimates in line with the company's standards and procedures.

• Examine drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to determine quantities, assumptions, and exclusions.

• Create estimates utilizing approved tools, systems, and templates.

• Engage in discussions regarding bid strategies and conduct scope reviews.

• Identify gaps in scope, assumptions, exclusions, and estimating risks.

• Assist in pursuit and proposal efforts by providing accurate and timely estimating input.

• Contribute to the company's revenue, margin, and backlog goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a related field.

• Proven understanding of estimating processes and procedures.

• Familiarity with estimating software and takeoff tools.

• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.

• Capable of working in a 100% remote office environment with high-speed internet access.

• Successful completion of an employment verification check and background check upon accepting an offer.

• Employment verification confirming job titles and dates of employment with two previous employers.
