This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Oversee the positioning and messaging for Acumatica’s QuickBooks Graduates program.
• Craft narratives that articulate Acumatica’s value, highlighting how its cloud ERP platform stands out from QuickBooks and other SMB accounting and ERP solutions.
• Develop targeted messaging tailored to specific industries and micro-verticals, including construction, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
• Produce thought leadership materials based on ideal customer profiles, as well as industry and market insights.
• Assist in the comprehensive go-to-market strategies for campaigns aimed at QuickBooks Graduates.
• Review and enhance customer stories and videos in collaboration with the customer advocacy team.
• Work together with product, sales, and industry/vertical teams to align on roadmaps, priorities, and capabilities related to QuickBooks migration.
• Utilize performance data and analytics to inform strategy, refine content, and assess campaign effectiveness.
• Create video scripts, conduct light video editing, and develop comparison materials, product overviews, and point-and-click demo experiences.
• Manage website messaging, comparison guides, datasheets, infographics, brochures, and other marketing enablement materials.
• Assist in release planning and alignment on product positioning.
• Support participation in industry trade shows, partner and customer events, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership sessions.
• Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of small business accounting software, including QuickBooks or similar systems.
• Familiarity with ERP business management systems, accounting processes, business technology, and B2B marketing strategies.
• Experience in marketing to or supporting sectors such as construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is advantageous.
• Educational qualifications in marketing, English, public relations, journalism, business, philosophy, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding writing skills and the ability to convey complex features in clear and straightforward language.
• Capability to translate technical ERP functionalities into easily understandable benefits for small business owners.
• An analytical and creative mindset towards messaging.
• Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferably experienced with marketing technologies, including WordPress, Jasper or similar AI tools, Camtasia, Asana, CRM applications, SharePoint, and Wistia.
• Direct experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly, ethical, and fast-paced team environment.
