This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish WEKA's positioning, messaging, value propositions, priority use cases, and competitive differentiation for AI inference within the NeuralMesh portfolio.
β’ Take ownership of the primary proposition for AI clouds and service providers, focusing on multitenancy, Kubernetes-based operations, and cross-cloud functionalities.
β’ Identify, recruit, and assist design partners and early adopters in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
β’ Define and measure economic value related to GPU usage, time-to-first-token, throughput, concurrency, tokens per GPU, and cost per token.
β’ Transform benchmarks and initial production deployments into credible proof with Technical Marketing, Engineering, and early clients.
β’ Provide guidance to Product on inference strategy, product investments, target customer segments, and product development priorities.
β’ Lead product marketing initiatives for new inference capabilities, integrations, and solutions.
β’ Validate positioning, segments, use cases, and packaging through customer and field testing.
β’ Create blogs, web pages, solution briefs, presentations, and customer narratives.
β’ Develop repeatable sales strategies, discovery guides, objection handling techniques, and enablement resources for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and partners.
β’ Represent WEKA's inference narrative to customers, analysts, media, and industry stakeholders.
β’ Monitor product-market fit indicators, design partner interactions, lighthouse customers, win rates, pipeline, and revenue contributions.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, product management, solution marketing, or a closely related role in enterprise technology.
β’ Proven track record of taking a new product, market proposition, or business from early stages to achieving traction.
β’ Strong foundation in product marketing, including customer discovery, positioning and messaging, content creation, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Working knowledge of AI inference and associated infrastructure, including accelerated computing, model serving, GPU memory, data infrastructure, and performance/cost dynamics in production.
β’ Strong technical capability and understanding of infrastructure architectures, benchmarks, and product functionalities.
β’ Ability to construct quantified economic value arguments such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Return on Investment (ROI), or cost-per-unit models.
β’ Exceptional skills in writing, storytelling, and delivering presentations.
β’ Experience in producing solution briefs, presentations, web content, blogs, whitepapers, sales tools, or similar resources.
β’ Capability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and customers.
β’ Ability to function effectively as a senior individual contributor.
β’ Strong evidence-based business judgment.
β’ Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to evolving market and product strategies.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Must be based in North America.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25%.
