This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take charge of the narrative arc for the complete Sales Cloud portfolio.
• Create, refine, and rigorously test messaging against customer realities, competitive landscapes, and business strategies.
• Assume responsibility for amplifying the executive voice in high-impact forums.
• Oversee the comprehensive development of keynotes for Dreamforce, World Tours, flagship events, and company-wide meetings.
• Construct narrative frameworks, slides, scripts, demonstrations, and provide speaker coaching.
• Expand the core narrative externally to establish leadership in the CRM and revenue intelligence markets.
• Build and activate customer advocacy through events, case studies, social media, and press coverage.
• Foster relationships with analysts, influencers, and prominent industry voices.
• Act as the storytelling leader within the wider product marketing team.
• Create pitch decks, messaging and positioning frameworks, customer success narratives, event content, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales Cloud leadership, Product Management, and Product Marketers on messaging implementation.
• Aid major product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights.
• Manage intricate, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
• Over 10 years of experience in product marketing or a related discipline.
• Strong emphasis on enterprise SaaS products, ideally within CRM, revenue, and sales technologies.
• Proven expertise in the sales/revenue technology stack, including forecasting, pipeline/deal execution, revenue orchestration, or related point solutions.
• A history of leading executive keynotes and high-stakes presentations on significant public platforms.
• Capability to craft narratives that simplify complexities and resonate with audiences.
• Proficiency in developing narratives and coaching executives, colleagues, customers, and partners in their delivery.
• Experience in creating and presenting executive presentations, including narrative structure, scripting, slide development, and speaker training.
• Proven ability to foster customer advocacy.
• Experience in building relationships with analysts, influencers, and industry leaders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A track record of launching products and driving go-to-market strategies alongside cross-functional teams.
• Ability to establish direct relations with product leaders and founders.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
