This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of Billtrust’s product positioning, messaging framework, and value proposition across the complete AR lifecycle portfolio.
• Analyze the competitive landscape, synthesize buyer insights, and guide strategic positioning choices utilizing AI-driven market intelligence tools and collaborative team input.
• Collaborate with the CMO and Product leadership to synchronize product roadmap initiatives with market opportunities, transforming technical capabilities into market-ready narratives.
• Revamp Billtrust’s product launch procedure and generate impactful market moments.
• Create a launch framework that encompasses company-wide enablement, customer validation, monetization strategies, and market narratives.
• Establish an AI-enhanced launch playbook for launch materials, battlecards, and tailored messaging for specific segments.
• Develop and uphold buyer personas, customer journey maps, and messaging tailored to different segments.
• Construct and enhance a sales enablement program for both field and inside sales teams.
• Implement AI-driven content generation and personalization workflows for enablement materials.
• Monitor and report on the contributions of product marketing to pipeline development, win rates, and revenue growth.
• Recruit, nurture, and motivate a high-performing product marketing team.
• Represent Billtrust through analyst relations, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• 12+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, including a minimum of 4 years in a VP-level or similar leadership role within a SaaS or fintech organization.
• Proven ability to define product positioning and messaging for intricate, multi-product portfolios aimed at finance, AR, or enterprise technology buyers.
• Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategies for significant product launches that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience in establishing AI strategies for marketing functions, encompassing the adoption of AI tools, creation of AI-augmented workflows, and promotion of an AI-first culture within a team.
• Strong executive communication skills and presence, capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and representing Billtrust to analysts and the market.
• Proven history of building and nurturing high-performing product marketing teams, focusing on talent development, performance management, and organizational design.
• Preferred: Experience in B2B payments, accounts receivable, or related fintech sectors, with an understanding of the CFO, Controller, or AR Manager buyer journey.
• Preferred: Practical experience with AI content and research platforms such as Jasper, Perplexity, Claude, Gong, or similar tools implemented at scale within a marketing organization.
• Preferred: Established analyst relations experience with Gartner, Forrester, or IDC, including management briefings and inquiry programs.
• Preferred: Experience in high-growth environments or post-acquisition integration settings where organizational agility and cross-functional alignment were essential for success.
