Senior ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee ERP implementation projects from initial discovery stages to go-live and subsequent support.

• Evaluate and enhance business processes to boost operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with clients to capture their needs and suggest customized ERP solutions.

• Manage the activities related to data migration, validation, and system integration.

• Provide support and resolve functional and technical ERP challenges.

• Conduct training and offer guidance to end users and stakeholders.

• Partner with Account Managers to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.

• Participate in continuous product and process enhancement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering ERP implementations and consulting services.

• Comprehensive understanding of business process improvement and optimization.

• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.

• Proven experience in managing projects and achieving results within defined scopes and timelines.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.

• Preferred: experience in the fuel, gas, logistics, or related sectors.

• Preferred: familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, SAGE300, Crystal Reports, and Power BI.
