IT Consultant – Digital Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide expert advice to clients while independently designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions utilizing the TIVITY platform.

• Develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions, from conceptualization through user stories and mockups to the final product.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the project/development team to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Perform detailed product and competitive analyses of cutting-edge, market-leading software solutions.

• Lead workshops aimed at discovering solutions for technically and functionally intricate topics.

• Gather and document client visions and requirements.

• Design wireframes to represent user flows visually.

• Strategize a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

• Develop data models, data queries, user interfaces, and workflows iteratively using the platform.

• Assess solutions through user feedback and implement necessary modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT field or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an IT Consultant, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or in a comparable position.

• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting user and product requirements, devising solution strategies, and executing them effectively.

• Experience in managing activities and/or projects.

• Background in change, release, and test management.

• Familiarity with working in distributed teams and remotely; a dedicated office space and appropriate infrastructure are provided.

• Strong customer orientation, self-management skills, planning and organizational capabilities, along with a results-driven mindset.

• Understanding of agile methodologies and software development practices, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is an advantage, though not mandatory.
