This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead or assist in the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of UKG Pro solutions.
• Conduct client discovery sessions to gain insights into business requirements, existing processes, and expected outcomes.
• Convert client specifications into UKG Pro configurations and actionable recommendations.
• Offer functional expertise in UKG HR & Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Coaching & Development, and employee development workflows.
• Create and maintain configuration workbooks, requirements documentation, testing materials, decision logs, and other essential project documentation.
• Assist clients during system testing, including issue identification and resolution.
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and provide train-the-trainer support.
• Identify scope concerns, risks, dependencies, and potential change requests, escalating these issues to project leadership as necessary.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Managers, integration teams, and other functional consultants.
• Ensure accurate and timely time entries, project updates, and documentation.
• Manage multiple client engagements while prioritizing tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
• Engage in client meetings and internal project discussions.
• Support payroll unit testing, parallel testing, and validation activities.
• Analyze payroll test results, identify discrepancies, and assist in resolution efforts.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for Payroll and HR modules.
• Aid in data validation and reconciliation to guarantee payroll and HR data integrity.
• Proven experience as a UKG Pro Consultant.
• Current UKG implementation certification for Talent, HR & Payroll modules is preferred.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro Core and understanding how employee data integrates with Talent functionality is preferred.
• Experience with UKG Pro reporting, security roles, business processes, notifications, and integrations related to Talent is preferred.
• Background in supporting clients through implementation, post-go-live stabilization, or system optimization is preferred.
• Knowledge of structured implementation methodologies and project governance is preferred.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor.
• Ensure timely communication and adherence to agreed-upon project deadlines.
• Comply with HRchitect’s delivery standards, documentation requirements, security practices, and client communication protocols.
• Remote position.
• Potential involvement in client-facing meetings during standard North American business hours.
