This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and manage your own consulting firm under the Thexton Armstrong brand, with exclusive territorial rights in Northern or Eastern Germany.
• Take charge of regional growth initiatives.
• Assist mid-sized business owners in pinpointing lost profits and reinvesting them into their enterprises.
• Empower business owners and their teams to sustainably enhance growth, profitability, and company value while refining organizational structures.
• Develop a client portfolio through monthly retainers instead of day rates.
• Independently acquire clients through discovery conversations and profit leakage assessments.
• Create a referral network that includes tax advisors, banks, and other partners.
• Represent the brand to business owners, associations, and key influencers.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and events with the regional organization.
• Participate in international knowledge exchange with partners across five countries regarding mandates, methodologies, and experiences.
• Engage in a confidential initial interview, information session, and discussions with current partners as part of the selection process.
• Several years of experience as an interim manager, management consultant, or advisory board member working with mid-sized companies.
• Proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Experience collaborating with owners and leadership teams of mid-sized companies.
• Ability to independently acquire clients.
• Willingness to embrace shared standards, a unified brand, and joint reporting processes.
• Strong strategic and commercial judgment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term vision.
• Capability to build relationships and earn the trust of managing directors and business owners.
• Independent, resilient, results-oriented, pragmatic, and authentic.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written, at a native-speaker level (required).
• Proficient in English.
• Residence in Northern or Eastern Germany.
• Financial means to support the start-up phase and fund the growth of your own business.
• Submission of a CV and a brief cover letter as part of the application.
• Permanent employment contract.
