This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation of APD narratives, budget documentation, Medicaid Detailed Budget Tables, and other materials for CMS submissions.
• Provide support for OBP activities, which includes conducting research, gathering requirements, developing documents, and aiding in procurement efforts.
• Conduct research, analysis, and the development of client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and supporting documents.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and members of the project team.
• Monitor action items, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Prepare and refine meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, presentations, and various client-facing documents.
• Oversee project repositories, organize meetings, manage project documentation, and ensure follow-up on deliverables.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Execute administrative and project coordination tasks with efficiency and precision.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including knowledge sharing, improving internal processes, and business development efforts.
• Assist state Medicaid agencies with the planning, development, financing, implementation, and oversight of Medicaid programs and initiatives.
• A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in a related field; five years of relevant experience may be accepted as a substitute for degree requirements.
• Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and professional written materials, including reports, proposals, policies, business documents, or similar items.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize competing deadlines, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Interest in Medicaid consulting, APD development, budgeting, procurement, project management, and related advisory services.
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Willingness to travel on-site 25–50% of the time, with potential for additional travel based on client and project requirements.
