Senior ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee ERP implementation initiatives from initial discovery to go-live and ongoing support.

• Evaluate and enhance business processes to boost operational efficiency.

• Partner with clients to identify their needs and suggest customized ERP solutions.

• Manage activities related to data migration, validation, and system integration.

• Provide support and resolve functional and technical ERP challenges.

• Facilitate training and offer guidance to end users and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure satisfactory client results.

• Participate in continuous product and process enhancement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering ERP implementations and consulting services.

• Strong grasp of business process enhancement and optimization.

• Comprehensive knowledge of finance processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience in managing projects and achieving results within defined scope and timelines.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.

• Experience in the fuel, gas, logistics, or related sectors is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, SAGE300, Crystal Reports, and Power BI is highly desirable.
