Senior ERP Applications Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance UKG Productivity IS business processes within ERP systems.

• Ensure technological solutions are aligned with business requirements.

• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication strategies.

• Supervise the operational sustainment, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application.

• Address change requests, conduct testing, and oversee system releases.

• Execute initial triage, mitigation, and resolution of application issues.

• Manage features and deliver solutions to complex challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

• Support Providence's healthcare mission through enterprise information services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of relevant functional experience.

• Minimum of 5 years in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, or Workday.

• Experience with large ERP time and attendance systems, Kronos, and/or extensive nurse scheduling software.

• At least 2 years of proven ability to execute medium to complex projects.

• Familiarity with application management methodologies, including system deployment, support, and lifecycle management.

• Experience in process improvement, change management, and operational enhancements in complex systems.

• Capability to align business requirements with UKG Healthcare Productivity application solutions and upgrades.

• Knowledge and experience in maintaining a UKG Healthcare Productivity application within a large organization.
