This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.
β’ Configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic MyChart application.
β’ Improve patient access to health records, appointment scheduling, secure messaging, MyChart bill payments, MyChart branding, and other self-service functionalities.
β’ Contribute to the Epic Community Connect initiative.
β’ Provide support for Seattle Children's Hospital and its primary care clinics.
β’ Assist pediatric primary care, specialty partners, and patient engagement within the Community Connect framework.
β’ Leverage specialty build expertise to develop solutions efficiently.
β’ Lead committees, projects, and various activities.
β’ Utilize project management skills, tools, and methodologies.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating technical expertise.
β’ At least five years of experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and systems.
β’ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management skills, tools, and methodologies.
β’ Proven track record of leading committees, projects, and activities.
β’ Ability to effectively apply standard principles, theories, and concepts related to a technical discipline.
β’ Epic Certification is required within six months of employment, including two test retakes.
β’ A minimum of five years of experience with Epic Hyperspace applications is preferred.
β’ Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician if working in Pharmacy.
