Senior Enterprise Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and advice to strategic customers throughout the processes of onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.

• Oversee the deployment of Samsara technology for large enterprise clients.

• Maintain customer relationships while ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of IoT solutions for fleets and industrial assets.

• Develop launch plans and roadmaps aimed at enhancing product usage.

• Monitor implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Address customer challenges across various use cases.

• Handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

• Mentor teams within Customer Success and Support.

• Articulate the capabilities of the Samsara platform to a diverse clientele.

• Advocate for and instill Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a senior role in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.

• Background in supporting or working with technical products.

• Exceptional priority management skills and high emotional intelligence.

• Solutions-focused with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Strong consultative skills with experience in comprehensive system implementations.

• Demonstrated success in building trust and communicating effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and software users.

• Enthusiasm for taking initiative and excelling in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

• Ability to maintain diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure when addressing customer issues.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• Experience in serving and supporting large-scale business solutions for Fortune 500 companies is preferred.

• Enterprise SaaS experience is a plus.
