Forma Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Direct the complete implementation of Forma products, including training and consulting services with a focus on Forma Build and Preconstruction.

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate workflows throughout planning, design, construction, and operations and suggest best practices.

• Align digital workflows with business objectives throughout the planning, design, building, and operational lifecycle.

• Customize workflows, permissions, and data structures to meet specific customer needs.

• Provide tailored training for design teams, project managers, field professionals, and executives.

• Guide teams in adopting digital workflows during live projects and organizational transformation efforts.

• Collaborate with sales and account teams on implementation strategies, customer success initiatives, and growth opportunities.

• Keep abreast of Forma capabilities, roadmap updates, and best practices related to the building lifecycle.

• Relay implementation insights and customer feedback to Autodesk product teams.

• Report to a manager within the Adoption Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the AEC sector, including direct work with General Contractors and Trade Contractors.

• In-depth knowledge of the entire building lifecycle, encompassing planning, design, construction, and operations.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Basic understanding of SaaS technology and best practices for software adoption.

• Capability to implement adult learning principles in professional environments.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Familiarity with Forma, Preconstruction, Build, or other related Autodesk solutions is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in leading software implementation, workflow transformation, training, or consulting in the AEC industry is preferred.

• Experience in Construction Management and a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices is advantageous.
