Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire technical implementation lifecycle for new clients, from project initiation to go-live.

• Ensure implementation projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and meet high-quality standards.

• Perform hands-on EMR integration and configuration tasks.

• Set up workflows and verify data integrity across EMR platforms.

• Act as the main technical liaison for customer IT teams.

• Diagnose issues and promote collaboration with CTOs, IT Managers, and Analysts.

• Present the technical capabilities of Navina’s platform during customer engagements.

• Address intricate workflow challenges utilizing extensive product knowledge.

• Work in partnership with Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Medical teams.

• Champion customer needs and facilitate feedback between field teams and engineering.

• Assist in designing and developing automation tools, runbooks, and frameworks.

• Enhance the scalability of integration processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Implementation Engineer, Technical Onboarding Manager, or Solution Engineer (SaaS experience is preferred).

• Demonstrated experience with Electronic Medical Record systems (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, eCW, Cerner, Veradigm).

• Knowledge of EMR data structures, workflows, and integration points.

• Strong understanding of US healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, C-CDA) and clinical terminology.

• Proven proficiency in SQL and data analysis (essential).

• Experience in debugging web applications and resolving integration issues.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple onboarding projects concurrently.

• Specific Epic certifications, such as Epic Bridges or Ambulatory, are a significant advantage.

• Proven experience in programming with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for data manipulation or automation (notable qualification).
