• Take ownership of the complete customer journey after the sale, ensuring effective adoption, measurable results, and long-term value realization.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships and guiding stakeholders through AI-driven transformations.

• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities by creating growth strategies across new use cases, teams, and automation efforts.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless, timely implementations and successful launches.

• Convert product capabilities and data into clear business impacts through success plans, reporting, and compelling executive narratives.

• Align both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, momentum, and accountability throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within enterprise settings.

• Demonstrated capability to drive strategic value and facilitate digital transformations in complex organizations.

• Proven history of converting customer success into quantifiable business impacts and growth opportunities.

• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities, emphasizing execution and outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A keen interest in technology, particularly AI, automation, and customer experience.

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German, with fluency in English.
